Monthly Service Allowance Included

  • Up to 2 on-site service visits per month

  • Up to 4 total labor hours monthly for inspections, coordination, or small tasks

Unused labor hours do not roll over month to month.

Important Membership Information

Additional labor, subcontracted services, materials, vendor charges, seasonal installations, equipment services, emergency response, and specialty projects are billed separately unless otherwise specified.

Pine & Pier coordinates and oversees trusted local service providers on behalf of membership clients as needed.
